What we will make:
- Wallnut and plum-flavoured Babka.
- Golden sponge with vanilla sauce
- Cinnamon rolls / cinnebun
- Chocolate bundt cake
The course will be led by Chef Krisztián Kiss, who started his career at Novotel, then at Gundel Restaurant, then as Executive Pastry Chef on Regent Seven Seas ships, and finally for the last 10 years as Executive Pastry Chef on Disney Cruise Line. Currently he is the Executive Pastry Cheff of the Novotel Hotel.
